We depend on the generous financial support of our donors to help our students travel to Puerto Rico and purchase the supplies local groups have told us they need.

To donate online, please visit CMU's annual giving website and follow these steps:

1.) Select "Area of Your Choice." 

2.) Select "A Fund of Your Choice."

3.) Write the amount you'd like to give

4.) Select "View All Funds" and "Continue"

5.) Select "Student Organizations" (It's 5th from the bottom)

6.) Select "Continue"

7.) Type "CMU in Puerto Rico" in the "Selected Designations" box

8.) Select "Continue"

9.) Complete your billing information.

JOIN CMU IN PUERTO RICO

Current students at Carnegie Mellon University, including exchange students, can attend our club meetings on campus. We run a speaker series to educate the wider CMU community about Puerto Rico and the work involved in disaster relief operations. As a member, you can also apply to travel on our next spring break trip.

This is a family company that runs an organic farm, vegan restaurant, and ecotourism operation. Jorge and his wife are good people and they are doing a lot to protect the land in one of the parts of the island most damaged by the hurricane.
